Here’s my recipe for BBQ meatloaf:
1 lb ground venison
1 lb ground beef (we love Waygu)
1 medium onion
To your taste:
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder or garlic cloves minced
BBQ sauce
Mush all your ingredients together well. It’s cold. It’s wet, but dinner will be good.
For a quicker cooking time, put in a muffin tin, and bake at 400 for 30 minutes or until internal temp is 165.
